In the space of Personal Leadership, My Persona has a unique way of working. The ethos of My Persona is to focus on each participant's individuality and their unique strengths. We have done some transformational journey interventions for senior leaders with My Persona. The facilitators, coaches and the entire team works relentlessly and passionately with the participants and develop a good understanding of their eco-system.
